The Coordinator will manage and coordinate the intake of all enterprise application testing defects through resolution. This role will collaborate across all lines of business and multiple technical teams to ensure the successful tracking of testing defects with internal and external points of integration (internal customers and external vendors). You will recommend and implement continuous process improvements as well as demonstrate high productivity and the ability to effectively triage defects for a major program.
Manage intake of defects, assignment of defects, continuously follows up on status of defects, and facilitates daily, weekly triage meetings.
Leverage TFS as the coordination tool. Pull reports out of TFS and communicate testing/defect status to internal/external stakeholders.
Interface with similar role across 3rd party vendors to provide clear picture of testing status.
Assist in creation or completion of incident, service request or enhancement related tickets.
Document process flow as defined by a larger committee (diagrams, instructions) and seek continuous improvement and customer feedback.
Provide reports as needed on overall status of all tickets for the use of the program.
- 5+ years of Technical/Software QA experience
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Possess adaptability, critical thinking, drive, accountability, and the ability to anticipate the next step.
- Experience in an agile environment is recommended
