Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Support program/projects scope, goals, project plans, milestones, and scorecards.
  • Provide business and data analysis to across the project portfolio; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials.
  • Effectively communicate status and escalate issues to project leaders and management team.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders/management where project status, issues, risks and dependencies are discussed.
 
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree Required.
  • Experience with marketing and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent deliverables in an organized manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to identify key messages and articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Data management and problem solving skills with an analytical and control mindset.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Project Management Skillset.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Programs and/or Risk products a plus.
