ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
-Participateinfulltechnologyprojectlifecycle(analysis,designand/orpackagereview, development,testing,qualityassurance,deployment,andproductionsupport).
-Responsible for analyzing, programming and implementing modifications to existing systems required by changes in the businessenvironment.
-Responsible for implementing standards such as coding and processes through out the life cycle ofapplications.
-Responsible for conducting application code reviews and suggesting necessarychanges asneeded.
-Participate in the design and documentation of complex technologysolutions.
-Document and/or support application deploymentactivities.
-Report on status of systems and projects on a regular and timelybasis.
-Ensure the timely resolution ofissues.
-Follow client’s standards andguidelines.
-Escalate anticipated risk to management promptly andproperly.
-Responsible for analyzing job requirements, preparing specifications, and preparing time and cost estimates for systems developmentwork.
-Participate in developing strategic partnerships with systems and business management. Develop understanding of business unit’s goals andprocesses.
-Analyzeandidentifytheneedforimprovementinexistingprocess/applications,present solutions and implementation plan toteam.
-Provide technical leadership and direction for assigned development work items in partnerships with TechnicalLead
-Responsible for developing new service basearchitecture.
-Partner with Technical Lead on technical design options; consult with hardware and software technicians on options andstrategies.
-Prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast pacedenvironment.
-Work closely with enterprise architecture team or Technical Lead to defineand implement enterprise processstandards.
-Participateincoding,developmentortechnicalsupportatleast50-75%ormoreas needed per project andteam.
 SKILLS: 
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in businessterms
-DemonstratedsolidexperienceinInformationTechnologyapplicationdevelopment, workingwithstructuredmethodologiesanddevelopmentoflargescaleapplications
-ASP.Net experience using C# within VisualStudio.Net
-Strongunderstandingofthe.Netframework,XML,XSLT,HTML,CSS,webservicesand real-timeapplicationsknowledgewithOracleandMSSQLServerasdatasource
-Strong technicalknowledge in Objected Oriented Development methodologies, design andimplementation
-ExperiencewithAgileaplus(pairprogramming,testdrivendevelopment,XP,continuous integration,etc.)
-Experience with Biztalk aplus
-Experience with vendor integration aplus
-Experience with n-tier environmentspreferred
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Development toolsets
-Experience with ETL tool such asInformatica
-Experience in designing relationaldatabases
-Familiarity with SOAconcept
-Provenabilitytoshareknowledgewithmorejuniorteammembersviaaformalmentoring relationship, reviewing code, reviewing design docs, giving technical talks or as a consultant onprojects
-Capableofmotivatingandenergizingtheverybestsoftwareengineers,aswellas gaining theirrespect
 
EXPERIENCE:
              7+ years’ experience
              Experience with one or more development methodologies
 
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
 
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training
