Job Description:
•       Experience with organizational change management, communications and training
•       Experience with large transformational programs
•       Possesses exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
•       Experience as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams
•       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•       Strong relationship management skills
Exceptional communication skills, help build training and communication material.
3-5 years of content writing experience.
Mid to senior role, Heavy lifting role – so must be independent and start working from day one. Tools and Templates are available for training and communication.
Have the methodology and detailed procedures will be provided.
This person has to create materials that can attract employees, how to engage employees, Q & A sessions, not just pushing out a training material.
Training around 250 employees and outside AF agents.
Have experience in video recording session is a big plus.
•       Supports the Organizational Change Management function
•       Supports the Organizational Change Management strategy, communication plan, and training plan
•       Promotes adoption of Digital Transformation throughout AF Group
•       Conducts stakeholder impact analysis, used to develop and execute the change management implementation and communication plans
•       Working closely with DT OCM lead, assists in the execution of the organizational change management strategy, execution plan and communication plans
•       Working closely with DT OCM lead to develop and refine ongoing stakeholder engagement activities and communication with stakeholders
•       Working closely with DT BPM, BA’s and Developers to understand, capture and document change impacts that support communications and training.
•       Conducts needs assessments for training and creates training material (aka content developer)
