Short Description:
  • Will perform all roles of a Help Desk and Desktop Support team member. The ideal candidate must have hands on troubleshooting experience to cover anything on the desktop.
 
Complete Description:
  • Will perform all roles of a Help Desk and Desktop Support team member. The ideal candidate must have hands on troubleshooting experience to cover anything on the desktop. Will perform all roles of a level 3 Help Desk support technician and must have experience supporting complex systems and/or custom hardware/software
 
  • Handle difficult situations with clients 
  • Work trouble tickets from ticketing system
  • Solve issues desk side visits and through remote desktop
  • Answer how to questions and resolve issues related to applications, printers, connectivity
  • Image, setup and install new PC’s
  • Maintain a positive outlook, be professional, and provide excellent customer service
 
Skills: 
     
Required / Desired:       
  • Experience desktop/laptop support - both desk side and remotely Required 4 Years
  • Windows 7/10 Installation, patching and troubleshooting Required 4 Years
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Office Required 4 Years
  • Demonstrate experience providing support with remote tools Required 4 Years
  • Troubleshoot desktop and network printer issues Required 4 Years
  • Experience with Google Office Suite Products Required 4 Years
