Job Description:
  • This position will be assigned to the Software Support team of the Client Services Unit. This team is second level end user support.  Support includes supporting all commercial software including, but not limited to MS Office 2016, Visio 2016 and Adobe.  With the onset of O365 additional software will need to be supported, i.e. one note, SharePoint, etc.
  • This position consists of assisting staff within the OAG with software related issues, formatting legal documents for presentation in court, creating training materials for various software and working with other publishing software.

1. Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification #of months 20
2. 48 months of experience supporting and using Microsoft Office Suite #of months 20
3. 48 months experience working on 2nd level support calls and resolving software support issues #of months 20
4. 12 months experience writing training or learner materials #of months 15
5. 12 months experience using remote support software #of months 5
  Provide certificate for Qualification Number 1
