Complete Description:
Organize and lead staff to work backlog of 3000 messaging tickets. Serves as point person for resolving tickets worked by VITA internal team. Provide statistics and perform trend analysis on current tickets to include backlog, incoming tickets, resolution of tickets, and volume of tickets by agency. Prioritize tickets based on criteria set by the CIO.
The project coordinator will be the single point of escalation for messaging issues from the Customer Account Managers and will also serve as the single point of contact with VITA’s messaging vendor Tempus Nova.
Attends team meetings with Messaging Service lead and Cam Director. 
Supports Risk and Issue Management by monitoring and analyzing ticket volume.
