This is Contract to hire = SO NO H1B/OP/CPTS
Note : This is Junior Level Role
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Object Oriented programming experience (Java, Python, .NET, etc.) with focused ability to contribute maintainable and efficient code
  • In-depth knowledge of full stack engineering, frameworks, SDLC, and source control as well as integration with external systems and APIs
  • Experience with standard source control procedures, branch management, and automation tools
Prefers two years of Product Development (using Java). Vantiv Worldpay will train in Salesforce
Will consider experience with Python or C# as well. Manager wants someone who can learn quickly but has a strong foundation in software development and the software development lifecycle.
The SF Developer will work on the planning, designing and coding of custom enhancements for Worldpay offerings. They will also build new customized solutions for the Salesforce.com platform.
Knowledge of full stack engineering, frameworks, SDLC, and source control as well as integration with external systems and API’s.
Degree not required – a huge plus
At Worldpay..once trained in Salesforce, they will be spending 80% of their time doing Salesforce development
The Salesforce eco-system is similar to Java, so easy to pick up and Salesforce developers are in demand
1-2 day remote work is fine
The Day-to-Day
  • Develop and implement key sales indicators, including dashboard reports and other Salesforce.com objects and functions
  • Engineer new features to enhance the SFDC ecosystem and apply SDLC knowledge to the team’s lifecycle
  • Assist with third-party integrated applications
  • Implement and support new system roll-outs, as well as all required maintenance and upgrades
  • Work in and deploy from a development environment to test all changes to business logic, and help shepherd those changes into production
  • Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to provide solutions
  • Triage, investigate and resolve Salesforce end user issues
  • Assist with data imports, exports and updates, utilizing data loader
  • Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date technical systems documentation
  • Knowledge and experience with web frameworks, front-end technologies, and full stack development processes
  • Desire to learn a new cloud based technology stack (Salesforce.com)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Prior experience with taking part in large-scale enterprise-wide software  implementations with multiple work streams, using Agile methodologies
