JOB Description:
 
over 4 years of experience and recently ended a contract providing Tier II technical support. Prior to this he has spent time working helpdesk and desktop support to a variety of government and commercial clients in large scale environments. He is very passionate about IT and enjoys working with customers to provide hardware and software support in a professional manner. He has excellent customer service skills and able to resolve tier I and tier II issues either in person, over the phone or via email. He is comfortable working with ticketing systems and providing support for Microsoft, Windows and Mac products. He is also capable of handling basic network issues and able to set up new devices such as laptops and printers to the network. He is local and available to interview with 24 hour notice and start with a two week notice.
